Live Mural w/Symphony | Davyd Oram @ SunPeaks Resort

A Live Mural Performance I did this last summer outside in the village square at Sun Peaks Resort (Near Kamloops, BC) with Symphony ensembles as the backing musicians. 

Crazy windy day. Had to tie off the mural/stands with ropes back to the rock wall so it wouldnt rock it like a plywood windsock and go shooting off hitting an elderly lady or something gathered in the crowd behind me. Crazy opportunity to expand on the original intent of bringing art out to small communities and larger venues, and showing the merging between the various disciplines of artistry we work in.

Thanks to Jen Barter, and all SunPeaks staff that made it come off without a hitch even in the grip of a desert mountain wind storm. Ha. Next seasons version will be way crazier. Know where we can get a full orchestra?
